You must be at least 18 to use this Site or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18.

- Exploring training, services, and workforce resources

- Interfere with Site security or functionality

5. Program, Training & Job Placement Disclaimer
Participation in WRTP | BIG STEP programs or services:
- Does not guarantee job placement,
- Does not create an employment relationship with WRTP | BIG STEP or its partners.
6. Accessibility & AudioEye Certification
WRTP | BIG STEP utilizes AudioEye to support compliance with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and ADA-related guidance.
The AudioEye toolbar provides tools to improve accessibility; however, we do not guarantee that:
- The Site will be error-free,
- Every accessibility barrier will be eliminated.

Appendix A — Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) applies when WRTP | BIG STEP processes personal data collected from website users, applicants, event registrants, donors, program participants, or partners.
This DPA forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
A.1. Roles of the Parties
- WRTP | BIG STEP acts as the Data Controller (determines the purpose and means of data use).
- Third-party service providers (e.g., CRM software, LMS platforms, HR applicant tracking systems, email platforms, AudioEye, website hosting) may act as Data Processors.
A.2. Categories of Data Processed
We may process:
- Name/contact information
- Email, mailing address, phone number
- Employment history, resume submissions
- Application or registration information
- IP address, device ID, cookies, and analytics data
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data unless required by law or grant reporting and explicitly consented to by the user.
A.3. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)
Data is processed under:
- Consent, when users opt in (newsletter, forms, etc.)
- Legitimate interest, for program administration and communication
- Contractual necessity, when users apply/register for services
A.4. Data Processor Responsibilities
Processors acting on behalf of WRTP | BIG STEP must:
- Implement reasonable security measures,
- Access data strictly under instruction from WRTP | BIG STEP,
- Not sell, share, or reuse data for their own purposes.
A.5. International Data Transfers
When data is transferred outside the U.S. or EEA, WRTP | BIG STEP uses:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), where required
- Data protection agreements with vendors
- Only reputable third-party service providers
A.6. Data Subject Rights
Users may request:

- Correction, deletion, or restriction
- Withdrawal of consent

Upon request or termination of the relationship, personal data will be:

- Deleted
