WRTP | BIG STEP is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with national recognition for its efforts to create a more diverse, qualified workforce while meeting industry’s need for skilled labor. Your investment in our efforts are greatly appreciated! $10 provides an hour of tutoring in math or reading that will enable someone to enter an apprenticeship and earn family-supporting wages in a great career path. $50 helps us provide the textbooks needed to train workers in the latest skill sets required for our construction and manufacturing industries to stay competitive.
