Things will look different again this year, but we still plan to bring a little holiday spirit and cheer to those veterans who will spend the Holiday Season apart from family and friends.
The contributions collected will go to purchase personal hygiene items, winter clothes, board games, books, and food. Each veteran will also receive a token amount of cash to purchase personal items at the hospital. Most importantly, we also provide money to the hospital to supplement the activities budget and give domiciled veterans the opportunity to participate in events outside the hospital.
Every year, money needs to be raised to support this event and in 2021 we are trying to raise $20,000.
On behalf of those who sacrificed so much for our country we ask you to please consider donating to “Christmas with the Vets.” All donations appreciated by Friday, December 10, 2021
