A stronger workforce starts with training 💪
WRTP / BIG STEP is offering customized training cohorts supported by Vantage to create a pipeline of qualified workers for the data center construction project in Port Washington. The training is taking place at Milwaukee Area Technical College's Mequon campus, helping participants develop valuable, in-demand skills.

Fifteen CPT/MC3 HSED students, one EV cohort student, and two She Drives the Future cohort students recently visited a JH Findorff job site at MKE - Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport ✈

Recently, we welcomed Deputy Undersecretary Patrick Penn of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to our Racine office 🤝
During the visit, Deputy Undersecretary Penn met with students, toured our facility, and learned about WRTP / BIG STEP’s impact. Through our partnership with Equus, FSET funding helps support job training opportunities for eligible participants, creating pathways to employment.
