All classes are held Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 2 PM at WRTP | BIG STEP Milwaukee.
Classes Include:
- OSHA certification
- Construction mathematics
- Electrician coursework
- Hands-on training
- Trades application assistance
- Employer engagement & networking
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a license
- High school diploma, GED, or HSED
- Social Security card
- Updated resume
- Digital literacy
- Drug-free (ability to PASS a drug screen)
- Completed ACCUPLACER test

Spring 2026 Cohort
Info Session: March 24 or March 26 at 2 PM (must attend 1)
Class Schedule: April 6 – May 29
Summer 2026 Cohort
Info Session: June 3 or June 10 at 2 PM (must attend 1)
Class Schedule: June 22 – August 14
Fall 2026 Cohort
Info Session: August 19 or August 26 at 2 PM (must attend 1)
Class Schedule: September 7 – October 30
Winter 2026 Cohort
Info Session: November 11 or November 18 at 2 PM (must attend 1)
Class Schedule: November 30 – January 29
