The ELMS Program is a 60-hour manufacturing preparation program geared toward preparing individuals to meet the workforce needs of manufacturers in the area. WRTP | BIG STEP works to prepare students for employment in various manufacturing positions, including assembly, forklift operation, as well as other opportunities.

Participants will obtain instruction in:
- Forklift training
- OSHA 10
- Manufacturing mathematics
- Basic blueprint reading
Requirements:
- Sixth grade math and reading level
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Wisconsin photo ID
