The ELMS Program is a 120-hour manufacturing preparation program geared toward preparing individuals to meet the workforce needs of manufacturers in the area.
WRTP | BIG STEP works to prepare students for employment in various manufacturing positions, including assembly, forklift operation, and other opportunities.
Classes include:
- MSSC Safety Certification
- Manufacturing mathematics
- Basic blueprint reading
- OSHA 30
Qualifications for training:
- Sixth grade math and reading level
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Wisconsin photo ID
- Updated resume
