WRTP | BIG STEP ELCS training is a certified pre-apprenticeship program through the State of Wisconsin. ELCS training provides industry-recognized credentials and handson experience that connects individuals to careers in construction. This program is no cost to you and will make you stand out!*

Requirements:
- High school graduate or completion of HSED/GED (or documentation in progress)
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Either an eligible applicant on a trade list OR willing to pursue a construction apprenticeship
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Social Security card
- Digital literacy
