WRTP | BIG STEP ELCS training is a certified pre-apprenticeship program through the State of Wisconsin. ELCS training provides industry-recognized credentials and handson experience that connects individuals to careers in construction. This program is no cost to you and will make you stand out!*

Training Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 5 – 9 PM

Saturday, December 13, 9 – 10 AM, Virtual
Tuesday, December 16, 4 – 5 PM, WRTP | BIG STEP
Wednesday, January 7, 4 – 5 PM, WRTP | BIG STEP

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or completion of HSED/GED (or documentation in progress)
  • Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
  • Either an eligible applicant on a trade list OR willing to pursue a construction apprenticeship
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Social Security card
  • Digital literacy
