Join WRTP/BIG STEP community partner the Career Exploration Center (CEC) and Cross-College Advising Service (CCAS) at the UW-Madison Diversity Forum 2020 on October 28th from 12:30 – 1:45 PM. Their session, entitled “Designing An Intentional & Equitable Hiring Process,” will review the CEC’s and CCAS’ hiring practices that reduce bias, maximizes the candidate experiences, and aligns with office values of promoting and fostering diversity and inclusion. Participants will leave with a hiring practice toolkit to apply to their own organization’s hiring practices.
