WRTP | BIG STEP is a workforce intermediary nonprofit organization dedicated to creating apprenticeship pathways for Wisconsin’s underemployed and underrepresented populations by expanding access to our education, training, supportive services, and equitable job placement for in-demand jobs within the manufacturing, construction, transportation, broadband, and green energy sectors.
