The BIG STEP Builders program provides high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to build basic construction skills and explore the industry through hands-on learning, presentations from union members, application assistance, and more.
BIG STEP Builders takes place on weekends to work around high school students’ busy schedules. The only requirements are an interest in a union construction apprenticeship and a commitment to attend four Saturday sessions.
