WRTP | BIG STEP’s ELCS training, a pre-apprenticeship program certified by the State of Wisconsin, provides industry-recognized credentials and hands-on experience that connect individuals to careers in construction.
Training Schedule:
September 14 – November 19, 2026
Monday – Thursday | 8 AM – 4 PM

All participants must attend an orientation session prior to the start of training. Orientation details will be shared with accepted participants upon completion of registration.
Registration required by September 1, 2026. Registrations will be accepted until the training cohort is full.
Program Qualifications:
- Completion of high school diploma, GED, or HSED (or documentation in progress)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
