WRTP | BIG STEP works to prepare students for employment in various manufacturing positions\, including assembly\, forklift operation\, as well as other opportunities. Job placement assistance is provided to program graduates. Starting wages for these positions are between $17 and $29 per hour\, depending on the hiring employer and the student’s prior work history.
