Matching Businesses With the Right Employees.
Triada Employment Services, LLC provides staffing services to companies seeking fully trained skilled employees as well as entry level candidates.
Formed by WRTP | BIG STEP, Triada shares WRTP’s mission of providing businesses with employees trained to meet their specific needs. The Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership is a workforce intermediary designed to help companies and unions to improve worksite quality in a variety of industries from manufacturing to health care to construction. This intermediary role has become an international model for workforce development. Several years ago, the concept of a socially responsible staffing company was developed to meet the needs of employers identified through industry needs assessments.
Today Triada provides an avenue for employers to access quality workers in a variety of industries. Triada serves as a way to improve the quality of employment by providing benefits to employees that haven’t had them in the past.
In addition to providing benefits to employees that haven’t had them in the past, this would also allow employers access to retirees to fill training needs and vacation gaps. In this case the retiree does not lose retiree benefits and the employers benefit through skilled, experienced workers.
Triada works closely with its client companies to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and objectives. Through its relationship with WRTP | BIG STEP Triada is able to identify and assess candidates to make sure they meet the client’s criteria for these open positions. All candidates are carefully screened and tested to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully perform their job functions. For information about how Triada can assist with your labor needs please contact us at: (414) 342-9787 or Email Us
Triada provides assessment and training through a number of skills and career development programs for those individuals just entering the workforce or those interested in changing fields. Candidates with existing skills and experience can feel confident that Triada will place them in a position that will allow them to utilize these skills and continue to grow in their fields of expertise. For information on training programs and employment opportunities please contact us at:(414) 342-9787 or Email Us at triada@wrtp.org Triada Employment Services, LLC is a full service staffing and employment services company providing entry-level and experienced workers with access to great career opportunities. We work to merge the best interests of the worker with the best interests of the worksite to create a sustainable and well-trained workforce. Triada is not an ordinary staffing company. All employers are thoroughly assessed to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and retention. Triada offers:
Living wages and career pathway development
Advancement for employees with specific skills
Consistent employment in seasonal work environments
