DESCRIPTION:As part of our mission to facilitate the recruitment and development of a more diverse\, qualified workforce in the region\, our roadbuilding construction class provides a hands-on experience to learners interested in beginning a career in the construction trades. This program provides exposure and instruction in different union construction career pathways (Carpenter\, Electrician\, Laborer\, Plumber\, etc.) and is recognized by WISDOT. Nationally accredited\, your training is recognized across the state and will make you stand out. SUMMARY:Entry-Level Manufacturing Skills Training Class | Milwaukee
DESCRIPTION:The ELMS Program is a 120-hour manufacturing preparation program geared toward preparing individuals to meet the workforce needs of manufacturers in the area. WRTP | BIG STEP works to prepare students for employment in various manufacturing positions\, including assembly\, forklift operation\, as well as other opportunities. Job placement assistance is provided to program graduates.
