DESCRIPTION:The BIG STEP Builders program provides high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to build basic construction skills and explore the industry through hands-on learning\, presentations from union members\, application assistance\, ACCUPLACER/ACT preparation\, and more. \nBIG STEP Builders takes place on weekends to work around students’ busy schedules.
