SUMMARY:BIG STEP Builders 2026 Training Program
DESCRIPTION:The BIG STEP Builders program provides high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to build basic construction skills and explore the industry through hands-on learning\, presentations from union members\, application assistance\, and more. \nBIG STEP Builders takes place on weekends to work around high school juniors’ and seniors’ busy schedules.
